Rental Procedures

 

• Check In 4:00 p.m     Check Out 11:00 a.m.
• Minimum 7 night stay is required on most homes.
• Friday to Friday Stay Preferred
• All rentals are fully equipped and furnished.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Tents, camping and campfires are not permitted.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in any homes.
• Rates include end of stay housecleaning.
• Checks accepted for deposits and payments
• Rates do not include Montana bed tax

Deposit

50% deposit must be received before reservation can be confirmed.  Booking deposit is partially refundable upon 30 days advance notice.  Less than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of total booking deposit.

 

Payment

Total lodging due and nonrefundable 7 days prior to arrival along with a refundable security / damage deposit.
